Lets raise on behalf of my dear sweet twin. The smile never faded and the love that she showed was amazing. To many people our age are being diagnosed with head and neck cancers and that needs to end. Whether its support for the families, or new trials, anything we can do to help this cause. Anna and I walk in memory of our sister, Vanessa Castro.
